On Friday, June 21, 2019 at 6:30 PM, Café Algade hosted a special Food & Wine Evening where guests met Mogens and Louise from Haugaard Hereford – two local enthusiasts with a passion for animal welfare and high-quality beef.
The evening featured a 3-course menu focused on flavorful Hereford beef, accompanied by carefully selected wines from the Greek Hatzimichalis Estate.
As a highlight, a rare magnum bottle of Vacchius Vinum 2004 was opened – a vintage wine that added the perfect finishing touch to a tasteful and atmospheric evening.
